The project's main goal is to develop knowledge about how the municipalities can meet the consequences of climate change for different habitat types both in and outside the national parks, and how the management guide for climate adaptation in nature areas can be further developed as a tool for the municipalities in this work. A sub-goal is to analyze how climate change, increased traffic and other land use changes interact, and what are the consequences that must be dealt with in the management of nature areas, including marginal zones, gateways and visitor quality. The second sub-goal is to map how the municipalities use the guide for climate adaptation in nature areas.
