We study how new digital solutions may shape or be of use to tourism enterprises in our area. Tourism is one of the sectors most affected by the development of the Internet and its services. So far, booking has been the area displaying the most conspicuous signs of digital transformation. But also user-driven contents such as reviews and rankings have gained importance.
These tools may also be exploited to display false or inaccurate descriptions and we study both the positive and negative impacts of various digital solutions.
