Knowledge base for strategic adaptation in local fruit- and berry production

This study is going to describe the knowledge base for food with local identity based on innovation in the fruit and berry sector. The question to be answered is: What effects on economic result, market position and competence could be detected from different cooperation and development strategies among horticulture enterprises. The project work is organised in three working packages: a litterature study, a pilot study and dissemination.
