As part of the project "Climate Change in Norway: An Analysis of Economic and Social Impacts and Adaptation" we will assess international literature on climate change linked resilience, impacts, extreme events and institutional capacity. Further more we will analyse institutional systems in Norway that might be of importance for institutional adaptation to climate change.
