By the completion of a pre-project the partners intend to determine the veracity of a concept based on the development of an internationally recognised business and innovation cluster focused on Healthy Outdoor Life. In the pre-project Vestlandsforsking will map todays situation together with Høgskulen i Sogn og Fjordane and businesses.  Based on workshops and study trip the pre-project will prepare a possible main project application.
