    This week, researchers from the Just Transform research project met in Sogndal to discuss recent findings on the interaction between the green and digital shift in the industrial sector. Ten researchers from Western Norway Reserach Institute, Norce, Cambridge University and University of St.Gallen participated in the meeting.

A Polish organization is testing out Norwegian-inspired outdoor activities as a form of group therapy. They draw on insight from Vestlandsforsking about the Norwegian outdoor tradition, commonly referred to as 'friluftsliv'.

  • Dannevig is a PhD-candidate at the Department of Planning at Aalborg University and a Research Fellow at Western Norway Research Institute in Sogndal.

  • The Western Norway Research Institute is currently assisting the development of an EEA funded National Climate Adaptation Training Network in Hungary. As part of the project a group of ten Hungarians have been visiting Sogn to learn more about climate adaptation and climate change communication.
