The main objective of the project is to continue the work on planning and implementing welfare technology in health care services in all municipalities in Sogn og Fjordane, and initializing spreading of such technology.

The main task in phase 4 is to improve the spreading and systematic implementation of the solutions we have experience with in the county. We will build on national recommendations, at the same time as specific solutions must be based on the knowledge and experience of Sogn og Fjordane about regional prerequisites that characterize municipalities in the county. Phase 4 will therefore further develop and prepare specific recommendations that will be distributed to all municipalities in the county.
