Participator process to solve user conflict between mountain biking and deer hunting for local value creation

The project aims to develop a plan for a participatory process that will lead to co-existence between mountain biking and deer hunting interests in the Kaupanger area in the municipality of Sogndal.  The project comprises three main tasks: mapping the use of the area, reviewing the international literature on the topic and developing a plan for the participator process.  Data is gathered through interviews, focus groups, public documents and the academic literature.  The project duration is 5 months and the results are going to be presented in a report.

The project has its own project website at prosjekt.vestforsk.no/fleirbruk.
