Vestlandsforsking will assist the County municipality of Sogn og Fjordane in the project "Regional Competence Strategy". The project's aim is to strengthen the region's balance between supply and demand of labour. VF will assist the County municipality together with Sunnfjord Næringsutvikling to map the growth potential in selected companies in Sunnfjord. This assignment includes the following tasks

• customize/develop a suitable method for the task
• take part in preparatory work for business visits
• take part in business visits with Sunnfjord Development
• systemize and analyze findings/data from business visits and interviews
• write a short report with presentation of the result
