Consolidating knowledge on chemical substances for efficient and effective decisions
The goal of the project is to increase knowledge among regional authorities about chemical toxicity to reduce health and environmental damage from chemicals and pollution. Each of 8 regions in Romania will take part in a 6-month couse that includes 2-week teaching at the University of Oslo. In addition there will be 5-day intensive courses in each of the 8 regions, to be arranged in Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Craiova, Iasi, Ploiesti and Timisoara.
