Hanna holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Resource Management from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Her studies have been an interdisciplinary combination of subjects in Economics and Natural Sciences. This includes Environmental and Resource Economy, Nature Tourism, Agricultural Policy and Resource Management, and Environmental Accounting and Management. In addition, she has studied Ecology and Nature and Wildlife Management. In her master thesis, Hanna focussed on product development and value creation of grouse hunting in Norway, emphasizing the hunters’ demands and opinions on issues relating to product and game management, and the relation between profits and effort in product development and game management.

Hanna has been employed at Western Norwegian Research Institute since 2007, and is mainly involved in projects pertaining to Local Environmental and Climate Policy and Sustainable Tourism.
