Vestforsk is asked by Distriktssenteret (Centre of Competence on Rural Development) to carry out work to identify what factors that restrain or encourage more use of streaming/webcast and video conferencing. There's also an underlying premise for the work that video conferencing and webcast/streaming represent a great potential especially for the rural areas of Norway.
