Vestlandsforsking is engaged by the municipalities Balestrand, Leikanger, Luster and Sogndal (BLLS) and Årdal, Lærdal, Aurland and Vik (ÅLAV) in their common project to establish new web portals. We will help the municipalities to formulate the needs, to formulate the criteria for choosing among the vendors, and help them with the negotiation part.
