The four research institutes: Møre Research Volda, International Research Institute of Stavanger, Institute for research in Economics and Business Administration and Western Norway Research Institute aim to do a comparative analysis of the four "VRI" initiatives along the West Coast. This is a pre-project to collect initial data from region Sogn og Fjordane. The aim is that the main project will apply for funding from the Norwegian Research Council.
