To support the client with project management and coordination of regional stakeholders, WPI, in the project "Pyrolysis Prospects; Establishing Value Chain Collaboration for Biochar Production at Kaupanger."

The project spans 2 years, and we will carry out activities in 5 work packages: Work Package 1: Project Management and Coordination (responsibility: SIMAS, all WP leaders participate). SIMAS is the project owner and will lead the project throughout the two years it will last. 1.1: Project meetings with WP leaders. 1.2: Progress and final reporting.

Project funds for Sogn Biohub in 2025 (800,000) change the prioritization and framework conditions in some of the other work packages and require follow-up to ensure overlap/synergies. For example, related to energy mapping and updating technology status. New projects may also emerge, requiring follow-up.

Vestlandsforsking, as project manager on assignment in WPl, will assist with the facilitation of meetings, ensure good partner dialogue, progress, and reports.
