During the 6th European Conference on Climate Change Adaptation (ECCA) in Ireland 19-21 June 2023, the NOCCA Secretariat organized a seminar where the results of NOCCA 2023 in Iceland were presented. At the seminar, Carlo Aall gave a presentation on transboundary climate risks.
