Vestlandsforsking is engaged by KS Sogn og Fjordane, represented by Eid kommune, to find out what particular needs the smaller municipalities have when it comes to digital service strategy and delivery.  The project will look into how the new ICT programme KommIT best can support the smaller municipalities' needs, but also how the KommIT programme can learn from these municipalities and share with the municipality sector.
