Vestforsk is engaged by the Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (DIFI) to develop a strategy for renewal of the personal service portal Mypage and the information portal www.norge.no together with the consulting company Bouvet AS. The strategy will have a strong focus on the user perspective and the user experience of the portals. A tighter integration of the two portals is also an important question to be considered.

Some of the topics to be considered in the new strategy:

• Tailored and coordinated information
• The users' knowledge about public services as rights
• Openness and transparency and the use of Mypage to strengthen online democracy
