Vestforsk conducted a questionnaire among people in Germany, France, UK, and USA about their booking habits and preferences.

In addition to the questionnaire we also picked 21 local tourism providers using Booking.com and interviewed them about their experiences with the booking portal. NB! Some of the labels have Norwegian text.
