Project manager for the whole project will be Oddbjørn Bukve, University College of Sogn og Fjordane

In this pre-project Vestlandsforsking will team up with the County Authority, The University College, The County Administrator, KS and NAV, all from Sogn og Fjordane, to carry out pre-project study of the quantity, relevance and reliability of the reporting requirements that central government entities impose on municipalities.
