Monica is educated within Banking, Finance and Administration. She has experience as a customer consultant for the personal customer market in Sparebanken Vest. She has been a store employee and manager for former company Brugrand's AS and she was a short period at Nav Økonomi in Leikanger. Before starting at Vestlandsforsking, she has worked as HR leader at Avery Dennison NTP AS in Gaupne.

Monica will work with HR related tasks in addition to archives, publications and annual reports. Other tasks will be to maintain and develop systems and routines that VF uses in the organization.
