All our research is closely tied to users and user needs. User interfaces and user experiences are therefore an important part of our research projects. Usability is an important keyword but does not cover the whole fiels. Designing and building a good user experience is more than usability.
Key methods in our projects dealing with user interfaces are user testing and expert evaluations.
