Vestforsk, Østforsk and SINTEF is collaborating on a project to identify the overlying ICT-policy and –strategy for the municipality sector and the interplay with some ICT projects of importance for all the municipalities. The project is divided in three sub-projects: a)Identifying the official ICT-policies for the municipality sector (Trond Buland, SINTEF) b)Analyzing the following projects (Svein Ølnes, Vestforsk): - LivsIT (a metadata project) - Kommunesiden.no (a resource service for the people working in the municipality sector) - Helsestasjonen.no (a cross sector service for the public) c)Analyzing some major ICT projects concerning innovation and modernisation
