Høykom Skule is a project which aim is to secure the building of a necessary broadband infrastructure among the schools in Sogn og Fjordane County. The project is a cooperation between the County Government, the County Municipality, the municipalities of Sogn og Fjordane and Vestlandsforsking. Vestlandsforsking has the project management and the responsibility for knowledge support, publishing and evaluation.
